Diritto Canonico
In this publication, the author exposes the historical background of the elaboration and the insertion of the norm about doubt of law. The book studies sources, the doctrine in general and the practical applications about dubium iuris. The author also explains the main problems that doubt of law poses and examines the answers offered by the doctrine. The discussion of the theme is in continuous dialogue with the past and contemporary doctrine, whereby the author highlights the moral and, more specifically, the juridical challenges that may arise from the application of the norm about dubium iuris.
